An amazing show. Jerry is lucid and on fire. That 2nd set has got to be one of the better ones I can remember from this era.

Had to be +21 to get in so my buddy Alex convinced his parents to bring us. They took one look at us when we arrived and sat us at a table right in front of Jerry. Spent the night open mouthed and stuck between gawking at Jerry and turning around to watch an expanding crowd of deadheads boogie at the back of the Casino… On the way home, Alex and I promised that we would get out at the first possible opportunity to see Jerry again, this time with those other guys he played with quite a bit…That time would be Saratoga in June 1985, another story indeed
