My 20th birthday.. my 2nd GD show.. the 1st was a couple of months earlier for the “Sound Test” for the Wall of sound at the Cow Palace S.F.

the bus came by & i got on (and never looked back)…having just turned 20, i drove my ’68 dodge van up from long beach with my girlfriend, her two brothers & 4 other friends…we rigged a pickle jar bong behind the engine compartmet so i could drive & smoke all the way up…3 things are imprinted: jerry sans beard, a very bad sunburn & the wall’o’sound…whew!
