I was at this show. I was about 15 and drove up w/a friend from work named Travis and his brother. We went to dinner at a steakhouse/bar beforehand and filled up on cocktails. Just as the show was about to begin I was caught drinking a beer in the lobby by a security guard who booted me from the venue! As I sat on the curb on Market street I could hear the Cats Under the Stars opener and was gutted to miss that tune. As Cats wrapped up, the same security guard came over to me and said “hey brother, I think you learned your lesson, you can come back in now.” Yay! I found my friends in the lobby and they took me up to the balcony where they were sitting. I remember the balcony actually moving under the weight of the ecstatic crowd. It was a great evening and one I’ll never forget.
