I was there. The Second Set closer of “Let’s Spend the Night Together” nearly blew the roof off the Spectrum. To say the place was rocking would be a huge understatement. Check it out on YouTube. Jerry has a huge smile on his face during the jam at the end. He knows he and his band are on a whole other level and they have the entire crowd in the palms of their hands. The crowd is going ballistic until he comes back out for the encore of “Wonderful World”. You could hear a pin drop when the song begins. Jerry had the ability to bring the fans to rocking, thunderous heights and then bring them back to earth and keep them silent during a beautiful, mellow encore. I never saw such musical command over an audience before or since. The entire show was excellent!

My big brother took me to this show. It was my first. My brother died 7 years later in a tragic accident. I closely hold on to memories like this one I had with him. I have searched everywhere for a SBD or high quality copy of this show and have had no luck.
