Walking around Paris before the show started was wonderful, near The Zenith there was a giant ’round-about’ to direct traffic into different parts of the city. It was amazing to take in- at least 4 major roads met at this giant circle, like 4 or 5 lanes wide all around with a giant fountain in the center. This venue was very modern, even space age in appearance. There was this tent like roof that the sound seemed to bounce off resulting in an incredible audible experience. All the shows on this tour were in much smaller venues than the band was playing in at the time in the States. It felt like seeing the Dead in the 70’s or something and it was 1990! The Boy’s were excited to be there and Hornsby really stepped in and helped the transition from Brent to Vince. This night was excellent, start to finish.
