Travelled down from Manchester with a couple of friends who had never seen them before. After seeing the best concert I’d ever been to at the Ally Pally in ’74, I’d bought tickets for the non-shows in London in 1976 and 1978, so I didn’t believe this one until they walked on stage. Harry and Ged were ecstatic, saying it was the best show they’d ever seen. I thought they should have been at the Ally Pally, the sound system alone would have blown their minds, but yeah, this one was well worth waiting for.
