My second Grateful Dead show. Was on Jerry’s side about halfway up. It was good start to finish. One thing my friends and I saw that I haven’t seen talked much about, and it’s more likely most wouldn’t have noticed, at the start of Broken Down Palace a guy took off all his close and made it onto the stage behind Jerry’s rig. He’s was about to go out when the crew and bouncer saw it at the last minute and decked him and hauled him away but during the scuffle one of Jerry’s cabinets started to tumble over and the crew again came to the rescue and caught but as a result Jerry had no signal from his guitar the rest of the gig. He periodically turned around to the crew which were working to find the problem with flashlights but they never found it and Jerry just strummed and sang to finish the song.
