JGB played Not Fade Away exactly one time, and it was the smoking encore for this show.
It’s such a a treat being able to relive shows you attended decades and lifetimes ago. I remember getting up about 5am that morning to help my friend with his dairy route….. ah, the blissful power of youth. Now I rise at 5pm and help myself into an easy chair!

This wasn’t the best JGB show & Convention Hall isn’t the best venue, but its always a pleasure going to a show close to home & partying with your locals and not having to drive a couple of hours back & forth. Back in the 70’s, impaired driving was very common among the people I hung out with & also with the people I saw at shows. Somebody had to drive & designated driver wasn’t in our vocabulary yet. Its amazing most of us survived!
