San Francisco Symphony and Warren Haynes Commemorate Jerry’s Birthday with two Symphonic Celebrations on August 1st and 2nd

On August 1st and 2nd, the San Francisco Symphony and Warren Haynes will commemorate Jerry’s 71st birthday with two Symphonic Celebrations at the Davies Symphony Hall in San Francisco, CA.  A limited quantity of tickets will be available via a pre-sale beginning TODAY at Noon PT via Jerrygarcia.com/event.  General on sale will begin on Wednesday, February 5th via SFSymphony.org.

The Jerry Garcia Symphonic Celebration is a new symphonic project celebrating the life and work of Jerry Garcia. This ground-breaking orchestral adventure features Jerry’s storied original compositions as well as classic interpretations of timeless standards that were hallmarks of his shows. Renowned vocalist/guitarist Warren Haynes collaborates with the finest orchestras in the country, lending his soul-soaked, introspective blend of rock, blues, R&B and jazz to Jerry’s masterworks.

We’re very close to announcing additional performances across the country.  We hope to have new dates to share as soon as possible. Stay tuned to JerryGarcia.com for updates as they become available.
